Below is a list MNI put together of the top ten best paying Oil and Gas companies in Canada, according to data compiled from hundreds of company reviews. The ranking named ConocoPhillips as the best-paying employer, followed by Shell and Imperial Oil. Figure 1

As we know, a high salary is not the only indicator of a good internship. To account for the intangibles, the folks at MNI normalized wages by the company ratings and re-ran the numbers. Ordering based on normalized wages essentially unchanged, as companies that paid higher salaries tend to have higher average ratings. Figure 2
